Leek and potato soup, warm cheese muffin (V)

Darleys  goat’s cheese panna cotta, Parma ham,  sour dough croutes

Warm home smoked  salmon, yuzu crème fraiche, shaved fennel

Smoked duck pastrami, warm roast figs, crispy ginger kale

Honey glazed ham hock, dijon foam

Main courses

 

Grilled lamb cutlets, gratin potato, fondant carrots, mint and caper dressing

Braised beef daube, duck fat potato, red cabbage, red wine jus

Roast pave of turkey wrapped in smoked bacon, chestnuts and sprouts, confit potato

Fillet of Sea bass, saffron potato, shellfish chowder

Fillet of Derbyshire beef, glazed carrots, stilton potato, wilted greens, pancetta  sauce ( supplement £5.00)
