Braised beef daube, duck fat potato, pancetta and baby onion sauce

Roast pave of turkey wrapped in smoked bacon, chestnuts and sprouts, chateau potato

Fillet of Sea bass, crab risotto, bouillabaisse sauce

Fillet of Derbyshire beef, glazed carrots, chateau potato, pancetta and silver onion sauce ( supplement £5.00)
