Darleys Restaurant was fully refurbished in January 2009 by proprietors Kathryn and Jonathan Hobson. They strive to provide their customers with first class cuisine and service. Using only the finest fresh ingredients combined with a wealth of knowledge to ensure that a unique dining experience is enjoyed by all, in a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere by the waters edge of the River Derwent.

The restaurant has held its position with two rosettes in the AA Restaurant Guide for over 7 years, has received recognition in the Good Food Guide for 8 years and is Michelin recommended.
